Johanna Escobar is a seasoned Speech Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the field. As the SLP team leader of Complete Children Care, established in 2022, she is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care to children with speech and language challenges. Johanna’s passion for helping children communicate effectively has been the driving force behind her career, and her commitment to each child’s growth is evident in her work.
Her warm, nurturing approach has earned her a reputation as both a skilled therapist and a caring individual. Johanna strives to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families, empowering them with the tools needed for success. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling around the world. She remains committed to staying at the forefront of speech therapy practices to ensure her clients receive the highest standard of care.

Angélica Garrido, SLP-A, is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with a bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a specialization in Audiology. She has five years of experience in pediatric communication disorder rehabilitation.
Angélica’s approach is rooted in empathy, commitment, respect, professional ethics, and patience. She collaborates effectively with families and professionals, providing flexible, tailored interventions based on each child’s progress.
Dedicated to continuous learning, Angélica applies best practices to promote inclusion and enhance the communicative well-being of children. In her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Silvanna
Silvanna serves as a dedicated Administrative Assistant, playing a key role in supporting the clinic’s daily operations and ensuring exceptional client care. She is responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with service delivery to maintain a high standard of efficiency and organization.
As a graduate of Houston Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish, Silvanna brings strong communication skills and a deep commitment to helping others to her role. Her bilingual background further enhances her ability to connect with and support a diverse range of clients.
In her free time, Silvanna enjoys quality time with family and friends and contributes her talents as a vocalist on her church worship team.
Lily
Lily is an experienced administrative professional with over 20 years in office management. She co-owned a business that was later sold and brings an entrepreneurial mindset to her work. Her time at Complete Children Care ignited a passion for speech therapy, inspired by Johanna’s dedication to clients.
After earning a business degree from Houston Community College, Lily is now pursuing a career in speech therapy and will complete her bachelor’s degree at Abilene Christian University.
In her free time, Lily enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling. Her diverse experience and passion for helping others make her well-suited for success in speech therapy.
